This page explains what data is collected when you visit Cómo Lo Resolvemos at www.loresolvi.com, what it is used for and how you can control it. Last updated November 2026.
Who is responsible
My name is Adrián Salcedo and I run this blog. For any question about your data, write to contacto@loresolvi.com.
What data is collected
I do not ask for personal data to read the blog. There is no required sign up and no required newsletter.
Data is only collected in these cases.
- Email. If you write to me, I keep your message and your address only to reply to you.
- Comments. If you leave a comment, I keep the name you type, the text, the article and the date. Your email is optional, is never published, and only I can see it in case I need to reply. To fight spam I keep a fingerprint of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address, and I use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person. Comments are stored on a server of mine and reviewed before they are shown. If you want one deleted, write to contacto@loresolvi.com.
- Technical data. As on any website, the server records things like the IP address, the browser, the device and the pages visited. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes that data to deliver the pages and protect them.
- Visit statistics. I use Google Analytics to know how many people read each article and where they come from. It collects aggregated data and a measurement cookie, without your name or your email. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or with your browser’s cookie blocking.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that the browser stores to remember preferences and measure visits. This site uses Google Analytics cookies for visit statistics and, once there are ads, Google AdSense cookies, described below.
Google advertising, AdSense
This site may show Google AdSense ads. Here is what that means.
- Google and other third party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s advertising cookie lets Google and its partners show ads based on your browsing across the internet.
- You can turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
To learn more, read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before personalized advertising cookies are used, through Google’s consent notice.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The blog will keep working, although ads may be less relevant.
Links to other sites
Some articles link to outside websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and I do not control what they do with your data.
Children
This blog is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete the data I hold about you, for example an email you sent me. Write to contacto@loresolvi.com.
Changes to this policy
If I change something important, I will update this page and the date above.
